Being in DEVL means playing with intention. These aren't a checklist - they're how we show up for each other every day.
Only hit tiles within DEVL territory. If you're going after a mine, be ready to enter and occupy it - don't hit it and walk away.
Do not loot trucks inside State 679. Save truck hits for the opposing state during AvA events.
Give your teammates up to 3-4 minutes to get there before jumping in. Team participation matters more than being first.
When looting HQs, keep them above 25% durability. Farming is part of the game - zeroing someone out isn't.
Only send rallies if you have a rally truck that can carry 7+ and you are close to the target. Otherwise use additional formations to fill other rallies. Activate War Frenzy every 10 minutes.
Turn off auto-join for boomer rallies. Activate War Frenzy every 10 minutes. As the event winds down, reinforce teammates who are still inside.
Canyon Clash is a coordinated team event. Be online, ready, and in position before your start time. No solo hits - follow rally leaders only. Focus on capturing and holding buildings - objectives win matches, not kills. Keep War Frenzy and buffs running throughout, stay active, and follow commands. Team play wins.
DEVL is a family. How we treat each other - and how we handle problems - matters as much as how we play.
If something is bothering you - a situation, a decision, a conflict - come to leadership before airing it publicly. World chat and alliance chat are not the place to resolve grievances. Leadership is here to listen and act, but we can only do that if you give us the chance first.
Constructive feedback is always welcome. We grow as an alliance when people speak up honestly and respectfully.
Treat your alliance and your server with respect. The DEVL tag carries a standard - your actions in game and in chat reflect on every member. Support your teammates, play for the team, and if something looks wrong, say something privately.
